The Parish Council.

You will see that the website is split into different sections, denoted by the large buttons at the top of the screen. Directly below these are a series of smaller buttons, which take you to sub-pages, such as lists of Councillors, Newsletters or Parish Plans. You can click on these buttons or scroll down to read more about each section that you may want included in your Parish Council website.  ?

The Parish Council.

Here you would put an introduction to your Parish Council and explain a little about how it is organised and what it does in the local area.

You may also want to put links here to places like the contact page so that people know how to contact the council.

The Parish Plan.  ?

Lots of Parish Councils in recent years have written Parish Plans. Read More about the Parish Plan pages that you can have in your website.

Meetings Agendas and Minutes.  ?

Websites have proven to be ideal places to publish all public meeting agendas and minutes online. Click here to access our online filing cabinet of agendas and minutes, which comes as standard on all our website packages. Also as standard you can have a calendar of meetings and events in the Parish area so your local community can know when meetings are being held. Click here to access the example Parish Calendar.

Document Archive.  ?

In addition to agendas and minutes, you may also have an archive of other important Parish Documents, such as accounts, footpath maps or Village Hall booking forms. Click here to access the Parish Council Document Archive, which again comes as standard on all our website packages.

Planning.  ?

This is a brand new application that we have developed in response to a number of Parish Council's demands to be able to upload and manage planning details with links to District, Borough or County Councils. Follow the link to our Planning Pages pages to find out more.
